Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2023-041 with UNICO Engineering, Inc. for continued construction management support services, increasing the contract authority by $100,000, for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $144,500 and extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2025.
