Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2023-033 with UNICO Engineering, Inc. for Professional Construction Management Services for Project Connect, increasing the contract amount by $373,932.92, for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $6,173,246.36 and with a termination date of December 31, 2027.
