Adopt Resolution 24-___, entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, California, Finding and Reporting that the Proposed Acquisition of an Approximately 0.20-acre Neighborhood Park Located on Mathilda Drive and Vacation of the Right-Of-Way Over the Same Area Of Land is in Conformity with the Goleta General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan Pursuant to Section 65402 of the Government Code” (Attachment 1).
