Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No. 2024-__ with the Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce for Old Town Activation Events, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $44,999 and the term ending August 31, 2024.
