Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2022-077 with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for Watershed Technical Services, increasing the contract authority by $400,000 for a not-to-exceed total of $676,500 and extending the agreement to June 30, 2025.
