Recommendation

Adopt Resolution No. 24-__, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Authorizing No Parking Zones for Large Vehicles on Pacific Oaks Road Between Hollister Avenue and Phelps Road, and on Phelps Road Between Pacific Oaks Road and the Coastal Zone, Excluding from this Prohibition any Portions of Those Roadways Within The Coastal Zone.”
