Introduce and conduct first reading (by title only) and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 24-__, entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending Chapter 8.19, Tenant Protections, of Title 8, Health and Safety, of the Goleta Municipal Code, and Determining the Ordinance to be Exempt from CEQA,” and select one of two options to include in the ordinance regarding applicable rental rate for re-rental of a unit to a prior tenant exercising a right of first refusal following completion of a substantial remodel.
