Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 8 to the Professional Services Agreement (2014-036) with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara for Affordable Housing Monitoring Services, increasing the maximum compensation amount by $21,000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $228,000 and extending the agreement to June 30, 2025.
