Recommendation
A. Ratify the Professional Design Services Agreement with RRM Design Group, Inc. executed by the City Manager, for the 2024 Emergency Storm Repair Projects for a total not-to-exceed of $200,000 for a term ending June 30, 2025;
B. Ratify the Professional Services Agreement with Pacific Materials Laboratory executed by the City Manager for the 2024 Emergency Storm Repair Projects for a total not-to-exceed of $100,000 for a term ending June 30, 2025;
C. Ratify the Public Works Contract with Toro Enterprises Inc. for Evergreen Storm Drain Repair, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $388,024.13;
D. Ratify the Public Works Contract with Toro Enterprises Inc. for Newport Creek Culvert Repair Project, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $794,117;
E. Ratify the Public Works Contract with Toro Enterprises Inc. for Camino Venturoso Debris Removal, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $82,225;
F. Ratify the Public Works Contract with Bob’s Backhoe and Trucking, for Ellwood Mesa Emergency Access Road Repair Project, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $157,068; and
G. Ratify the Public Works Contract with Bob’s Backhoe and Trucking, for San Pedro Creek and Storm Drain Repair Project, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $296,616.
