Recommendation
A. Approve and Authorize the City Manager to execute the Right of Way Agreement with Goleta Storage Owner LLC for Assessor Parcel Number 071-090-082, including any required escrow transactional documents;
B. Authorize the City Clerk to accept the Easement Deed of property required from Assessor Parcel Number 071-090-082 owned by Goleta Storage Owner LLC for the property required;
C. Approve and Authorize the City Manager to execute the Easement with Southern California Gas Company for Assessor Parcel Number 071-200-011, including any required escrow transactional documents; and authorize the City Clerk to accept the Easement of property required;
D. Approve and Authorize the City Manager to execute the Right of Entry Permit with Southern California Gas Company for Assessor Parcel Number 071-200-011, including any required escrow transactional documents; and
E. Adopt Resolution No. 24-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, authorizing the City Manager to execute Right of Way Agreements and Right of Entry Permits and the City Clerk to accept Easement Deeds for the San Jose Creek Multipurpose Path Northern and Southern Segments Project.”
