Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 24- ___ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Authorizing the Execution and Recordation of Final Map 32,068 for FLT Heritage Ridge TG, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company and GF Frontier, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, Case No. 23-0004-SUB”;
B. Authorize the City Clerk to accept the Offer of Dedication of a Public Park as shown on Final Map 32,068; and
C. Authorize the City Clerk to accept the easements granted to the City of Goleta in the Grant of Reciprocal Easements and Agreement, as shown on Final Map 32,068.
