A. Adopt Resolution No. 24- ___ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Authorizing the Execution and Recordation of Final Map 32,066 for Patterson Associates, LLC, located at 5385 Hollister Avenue, Case No. 21-0005-SUB”
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute a “Subdivision Improvement Agreement in Public Right of Way” with Patterson Associates, LLC for the maintenance of landscaping in the Right of Way.
