Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the General Services Agreement No. 2019-082 between the City of Goleta and Wonderful Things Inc. (dba Main Street Banner USA) for light post banner and A-Frame services, increasing the contract amount by $63,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $271,200 and a termination date of June 30, 2025, subject to approval of the FY 2024/25 budget.
