Recommendation
A. Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Design Services Agreement with Jefferey Miller Design Group (JMAD) for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services for the Goleta Valley Library ADA, Safety, and Building Improvement Project (CIP 9130) in an amount not to exceed $679,984 for a term ending on June 30, 2028; and
B. Accept a donation of $250,000 from the Friends of the Goleta Valley Library to fund the City’s Grant Match for the ADA restroom improvements portion of the Goleta Valley Library ADA, Safety, and Building Improvement Project.
