Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2011-050 with Computer Software Incorporated to develop a digital signature component, increasing the maximum contract amount by $7,650 for a total not-to-exceed $371,880, and to allow the agreement and amendments to be signed in counterparts by facsimile or electronic mail.
