Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Grant Agreement with Women’s Economic Ventures for the Business of Care Program for an amount not to exceed $46,200 expiring on December 30, 2024;
B. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Grant Agreement with United Way of Santa Barbara County for the Brighter Futures Childcare Fund for an amount not to exceed $3,800 expiring on December 30, 2024; and
C. (Optional) Provide comments and direction on Fiscal Year 2024-25 funding allocated for childcare initiatives.
