Recommendation
A. Authorize staff to apply for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Zip Books Grant Program and future fiscal-year cycles of the program, as made available by the California State Library; and
B. Adopt a Zip Book Policy and Procedure related to the management and implementation of the Zip Books Program.
