Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2022-039 with Shaw Yoder Antwih Schmelzer & Lange, Inc. for professional legislative consulting services, increasing the contract authority by $36,350 for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $115,050 with term expiring June 30, 2025.
