Authorize the City Manager to execute the South Coast Youth Safety Partnership Memorandum of Understanding between Community Action Commission and the City of Goleta as a sponsor jurisdiction for Fiscal Year 2023/24 in the amount of $23,358, and Fiscal Year 2024/25 in the amount of $24,526.
