Recommendation
A. Approve the scope of work designated to encompass Phase One of the Stow Grove Park Renovation for the development of construction documents; and
B. Award a Professional Design Services Agreement to KTU&A for the development of construction documents for Stow Grove Park Phase 1 in an amount not-to-exceed $516,720 with a term ending June 30, 2027; and
C. Authorize staff to evaluate and apply, if deemed appropriate, for three different upcoming funding opportunities for watershed benefits in the design and construction of the Stow Grove Park Renovation.
