Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2022-037 with Impulse Advanced Communications for the provision of telephone service, including hardware, at City-owned facilities, extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2025, and increasing the contract authority by $113,985, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $289,985.
