Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Construction Contract with A M Concrete Inc., for the 2024 Miscellaneous Concrete Repair Project in the not-to-exceed amount of $295,114.50; and
B. Authorize the Public Works Director to approve contract contingency for the 2024 Miscellaneous Concrete Repair Project, if necessary, in an amount not-to-exceed $59,022.90.
