Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2021-020 with Cicileo Landscapes, Inc. for the provision of landscape maintenance services at various City-owned properties, increasing the contract authority by $51,412 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $205,716 and extending the term of the Agreement by an additional one year for a new expiration date of June 30, 2025.
B. Approve a budget appropriation of $25,000 from the County Per Capita Fund to the Library Maintenance Facilities Account as described in the Fiscal Impacts Section.
