Recommendation
A. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Right of Way Agreement with BT-OH, LLC, including any required escrow transactional documents; and
B. Authorize the City Clerk to accept the Grant Deed of property required from Assessor Parcel Numbers 071-130-069, owned by BT-OH, LLC for Project Connect.
