Recommendation

DRB ACTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

1.                     Adopt DRB and CEQA Findings provided as Attachment A;

2.                     Adopt CEQA Categorical Exemption Section 15301(e)(2) Existing Facilities (Attachment B) and direct that the NOE be filed within 5 calendar days; and

3.                     Conduct Conceptual/Preliminary review with/without conditions of approval.
