Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute amendment number 5 to the Professional Services Agreements between the City of Goleta and General Code, LLC, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount of the agreement by $35,000 for a new total of $100,000 with a termination date of June 30, 2027.
