Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kitchell/CEM, Inc. for Construction Management, Inspection, and Testing Services for the Goleta Valley Library Safety, ADA, and Building Improvement Project in an amount not-to-exceed $550,000 and with a term ending December 31, 2027.
