Recommendation

1.                     Approve Amended Resolution No. 26-__”A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Authorizing the Permanent Relocation and Donation of Surplus Property”, and,

 

2.                     Authorize the City Manager to execute an amended Agreement for Donation and Relocation of Artwork from Goleta Valley Library to the Santa Ynez Chumash Museum and Cultural Education Foundation, in substantially the form
attached, subject to final approval as to form by the City Attorney.
