Recommendation
A. Authorize staff the temporary borrowing of up to $600,000 from the Goleta Library reserves to provide the necessary funding for immediate contract obligations associated with the Goleta Valley Library Interior Design Project; and
B. Direct staff to repay the borrowed funds to Goleta Library reserves as the remaining contributions are received through the capital campaign.
