Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2026-046 with MNS Engineers, Inc., increasing the contract authority by $689,087.60, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $720,277.60, for Construction Management services with a termination date of June 30, 2027, for the 2026 Arterial Pavement Project; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2026-045 with MNS Engineers, Inc., increasing the contract authority by $298,654.05, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $316,264.05 for Construction Management services with a termination date of June 30, 2027, for the 2026 Residential Resurfacing Project; and
C. Authorize a budget appropriation of revenues and expenditures in the amount of $125,325 of Local Surface Transportation Funds, as identified in Table 7 of the Fiscal Impacts section of the staff report.
