Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to General Services Agreement No. 2026-040 with WGJ Enterprises DBA PCI Inc. for Annual Replacement of Traffic Striping and Pavement Marking Services, increasing the contract authority by $180,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $553,500 with a termination end date of June 30, 2029.
