Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2025-108 with Draw Tap GIS, LLC for continued GIS and mapping services, increasing the maximum contract amount by $10,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $90,000; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2022-078 with Johnson Aviation Consulting, Inc. for continued services relating to Santa Barbara Airport matters and projects, increasing the maximum contract amount by $5,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.
