Recommendation
A. Set a Public Hearing date of July 21, 2026, to establish the CPI adjustment of the Goleta Library Special Tax Rate, including entering into an Agreement with the County of Santa Barbara, Office of the Auditor-Controller to Place Direct Charges on the 2026/27 Secured Tax Bills; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contract for the Collection of Special Taxes, Assessments and Other Charges with the County of Santa Barbara, subject to final approval as to form by the City Attorney.
