Recommendation

DRB ACTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

1.                     Adopt DRB and California Environmental Act Findings provided as Attachment A;

2.                     Recommend adoption of CEQA Categorical Exemption Section 15301(a) as provided in Attachment B; and
