Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Grant Funds between the City of Goleta and the Housing Trust Fund of Santa Barbara County for the expansion of affordable rental and homeownership housing opportunities in the amount of $25,000 per year for a total of $50,000 for Fiscal Years 2023-24 and 2024-25, as approved in the Two-Year Budget Plan for FY 2023-24 and 2024-25.
