Recommendation
Receive, file, and issue a progress report in accordance with Government Code Section 65858(d) concerning Interim Urgency Ordinance No. 26-03U, which established a Senior Mobile Home Park Overlay District and temporary regulations prohibiting actions that would cause or permit a qualifying Senior Mobile Home Park to cease operating as housing dedicated to seniors.
