Recommendation

A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 26-__ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Establishing the Goleta Library Special Parcel Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2026/27”; and

B.                     Authorize the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with the County of Santa Barbara, Office of the Auditor-Controller to Place Direct Charges on the 2026/27 Secured Tax Bills.
