Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2024-040 with Western Audio Visual for maintenance and minor upgrades, in a not-to-exceed amount of $62,600 with a termination date of June 30, 2027.
