Amendment No. 5 to the Ekwill Street and Fowler Road Extensions Project Design Services Contract with Drake Haglan and Associates
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Design Services Agreement (Agreement) with Drake Haglan and Associates (DHA) for design, right of way and permitting services for the Ekwill Street and Fowler Road Extensions Project to extend the agreement through June 30, 2019, broaden the scope of services to address changes in the project, and to increase the authorized contract funding by $775,059 for a new maximum contract total of $3,619,652.
