Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 24-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending the City of Goleta Operating and CIP Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/24.”
B. Approve Donation Acceptance Form attached as Attachment 7 to accept a $25,000 donation from the Sterling Price Living Trust for general library services at Solvang Library and authorize staff to take any incidental actions related thereto.
