Recommendation

Set a Public Hearing date of July 15, 2025, to establish the CPI adjustment of the Goleta Library Special Tax Rate, including entering into an Agreement with the County of Santa Barbara, Office of the Auditor-Controller to Place Direct Charges on the 2025/26 Secured Tax Bills.
