Introduce and conduct first reading (by title only) and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 26-__, entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending Chapter 5.08 (Short-Term Vacation Rentals) of the Goleta Municipal Code and Finding the Action to be Statutorily Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines §§ 15060, 15061, and 15378 (Case No. 25-0006-ORD).”
