Adopt Resolution No. 26-___, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Initiating the Processing of an Applicant-Requested Specific Plan Amendment to update the Camino Real Specific Plan to reflect the 2023 Santa Barbara Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan safety areas applicable to site and remove the former 1993 Airport Land Use Plan references of “the 300-foot-wide clear zone” as depicted on Figures 6, 7, 8, 23 and 25 of the Camino Real Specific Plan (CRSP), deleting Development Standard CRSP RC-16; and Finding that the Initiation of a Specific Plan Amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
