Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 26-__, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Approving the Application for and/or Execution of Grant Funds from the Ocean Protection Council Under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006 (Proposition 84), Proposition 68, Environmental License Plate Funds, Once Through Cooling, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, or General Funds”; and
B. Approve a budget appropriation of $550,000 in both state grant revenue and expenditures in the California Natural Resources Agency Fund (Fund 307) for the California Ocean Protection Council's SB 1 Sea Level Rise Adaptation Grant Program award for Climate Ready Goleta: Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Analysis & Adaptation Plan, as described in the Fiscal Impacts section of this report.
