Recommendation
A. Receive a presentation from the Goleta Emergency Services Division and the Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management on the Genasys Evacuation Software System.
B. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management Regarding Activation of the ReadySBC Alerts System and Access to and Use of Emergency Zone Mapping Solution, attached as Attachment 2, in substantial form and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with any non-substantive changes that are approved by the City Attorney.
