Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2022-018 with Docusign, Inc. increasing the contract amount by $39,382.20 for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $166,323.20 and a term expiration date of November 30, 2026.
