Recommendation
It is recommended that the Planning Commission:
1. Conduct a public hearing;
2. Adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 26-___, entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, California, approving Vesting Tentative Tract Map 32,074 to create a 59-unit condominium residential community located at 7360 Hollister Avenue, and finding the project exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332; APNs 073-020-034, 073-020-003, and 073-020-035; Case Nos. 25-0001-SUB”; and
3. Adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 26-__, entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, California, approving Development Plan and granting Preliminary Design approval for a 59-unit condominium residential community located at 7360 Hollister Avenue; APNs 073-020-034, 073-020-003, and 073-020-035; Case Nos. 25-0003-DP and 25-0018-DRB.”
