Recommendation

 

A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 26-__, entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Accepting the Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Public Access Easement and Declaration of Restrictions Recorded August 15, 2005, as Instrument No. 2005-0077532 of the Official Records of Santa Barbara County (Comstock Homes Subdivision, Coastal Development Permit No. 4-04-085)"; and

 

B.                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a maintenance agreement in a substantially similar form as “Attachment 1 Exhibit B - Maintenance Agreement”; and

 

C.                     Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute and record the Certificate of Acceptance prior to August 15, 2026.
