Recommendation

A.                     Approve and Authorize the City Manager to execute the Right of Way Agreement with Paul S. Kellogg and Rita L. Diewold, Trustees of the KD Living Trust; Phyllis E. Kellogg; and Roma L. Simpson, Trustee of Roma L. Simpson Trust for Assessor Parcel Number 071-090-074, including any required escrow transactional documents; and

 

B.                     Authorize the City Clerk to accept the Grant Deeds of property required from Assessor Parcel Number 071-090-074 owned by Paul S. Kellogg and Rita L. Diewold, Trustees of the KD Living Trust; Phyllis E. Kellogg; and Roma L. Simpson, Trustee of Roma L. Simpson Trust for the San Jose Creek Multipurpose Path Northern and Southern Segments Project.
