B. Adopt Resolution No. 24-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Adopting the City’s GANN Limit for Fiscal Year 2024/25.”
C. Adopt Resolution No. 24-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending the Schedule of Authorized Positions and the City of Goleta Salary Schedule and Classification Plan for Fiscal Year 2023/24 and Fiscal Year 2024/25 and Adding New Classification Specifications.”
